Dr. Duplechain has always been professional, kind, and honest at every visit. I was very informed going into surgery and of what was expected after surgery. Dr. Duplechain was even kind enough to give me complimentary laser scar treatment at my last visit. Anyone who has brachioplasty surgery knows going into surgery that the scarring is going to be the worst part of the procedure and one has to make a decision whether they want to live the rest of their life with the scars or the hanging skin. I chose the scars. I am so happy with the results from all of the procedures I had but most importantly I am grateful that Dr. Duplechain knows that the surgery was a big investment and he didn't try to make additional money by charging more for the scar removal. I can tell that he genuinely wants me to be pleased with the outcome, more so than making extra money off of me. It's rare to find a great surgeon with a great attitude and one that make you feel like he genuinely cares.
