almost 1 month later...
A month later. Scars are fading and closed up recently. I have some slight caving under right nipple, hope it fluffs up as the skin retracts. I was warned the caving risk...I'm pretty flat in the upper pole but I'm ok with that. My back feels so much better.
2 Weeks Later and Some Fluff?
A couple of you lovely ladies have asked about fluffing, so I'm posting some pictures so you can see the progress. My right breast feels firmer than my left, but I can't tell if I'm noticing a change in person. Explant was the best decision for me. I may consider a lift in a few years. I still think i look pretty good and happy to be natural again!
Push up Bra, love my new "old" look! Feeling happy but more sore....
Things are going well, beyond thrilled that I removed those heavy, uncomfortable bags from my body. However, I've been feeling a little more sore the past couple of days in my incisions. Nothing too bad, but just sore. Maybe I was just so thrilled before I didn't even notice that I was sore. Anyone else experience this? I am going for my follow up soon, so I'll ask doc to double check everything. I am also having just the slightest amount of blood coming out of one of my incisions. Probably not fully closed. Love wearing a push up bra for a little extra oomph!

Dr. Doezie is an amazing doctor. His bedside manner is A+++; he is honest, calm, genuine and kind. He is very approachable. I felt very well cared for, I never felt rushed, he sat down and really listened. He does a lot of breast reconstruction so he has excellent surgical skills. I feel blessed to have been referred to Dr. Doezie's office. Darcy was by my side and was an angel, and Lisa was very informative, patiently answered my questions, and made the whole process a breeze. I love the whole staff--they are GENUINE people, and gave me my health and body back!
