I am doing amazing! Love my new boobs! Ended up with 655cc HP. I wear a 34DD. Very nice shape. Every time my arm touches them, I am reminded of them being soft and natural. Looking back, it was difficult to get on the PC and update for you. I couldn't move my arms and the pain was pretty intense. My boyfriend had to help so much, I can't imagine not having had him with me. So I'll do an overview now.
I am a cosmetologist and took 14 days off work for the surgery. Before I left, my coworkers helped me arrange all my stuff on lower shelves so I didn't have to reach up. When I got back to work I made sure to leave nice gaps between clients. I was definitely still sore. That third week was just as tough since my muscles were weak. I'd get home and sit in the recliner and seriously not move my arms again until the next morning. (I slept in the recliner as well. Sitting upward was best.) Dr. Pousti's office called me every day for the first month. It was nice to know they were there with me even though I was four states away.
By the fourth week I could raise my arms more and the soreness lessened, but my nipples started being tender. They were "acting up" as they healed. I was nervous about these aches and pains I was getting, and the doctor's office kept calling me to see how I was. That made me feel safe too. For the whole three months my pec muscles felt real weird when they would get flexed and I thought it was kind of creepy. It continued to get better all the time, I could see progress with every week. Now they are just fine.
It was a long road in the beginning. It's sure not an easy thing to do, but I'd do it all again if I had to.
Dr. Pousti's office still calls regularly to check on me and hearing from them always makes me feel good.
The team there is so wonderful and I will never forget how they changed my life! I'll try and get some photos up.

I am incredibly excited to have my firm implants replaced tomorrow!! I'll be going larger and will have the Allograph used to help support my skin tissue and keep the implants in place. Removing the scar tissue will be a long process. I'm a little nervous about the whole procedure, but have undoubted trust in Dr. Pousti's expertise. His mannerisms are calm, clear spoken, highly professional, and genuinely caring. In addition, his staff are all wonderful! During the consultation, Vanessa spent the most time with me and my sweetheart, answering questions and covering all the pertinent information. I was escorted to other rooms to speak with several post operative clients, hear their story and see their results. I knew I was in the right office! Other staff members visited me with me as well. All very personal, caring and "tuned-in" to me. The pre-op consultation went great as well. The only hiccup was not understanding that using Allagraph would add 4500.00 to the bill. Once the shock faded away, the necessity of using it in my situation, given my age and that removing the old scar tissue may thin my skin, we were on board and ready to do what was going to assure the best longterm results.
I am well prepared for tomorrow. Emotionally I'm calm, and well informed on everything I will need to do afterwards. I'll report more later!
