I chose to go from a C cup to a D cup just to boost my self confidence.
I first met Dr. P when I was 28 (1998) when I decided to get breast implants. I chose a C cup, Saline over the muscle. I was so pleased with the placement and shape of the implants. I received so many compliments and inquiries on who my Dr. was. Recently I turned 41 (2011). I decided to go a size larger and get D cup, Silicone, under the muscle implants. I am extremely pleased. Once again the placement and shape are perfect and they look so youthful and natural.
