Can anyone share the best reviews/links of a bbl with salama? I'm strongly considering him since I have the best correspondence with his staff so far which is important to me.

Well forget about Salzhauer...
Well forget about Salzhauer.... I contacted the office 3 days ago and they told me next availability would be end of June 2016. I had a few more questions and contacted them again today. She told me next availability would be end of July 2016.... In just 3 days they completely booked a whole month?!
Thats crazy! I mean I understand he is very popular right now and is able to attract a bigger crowd with his SnapChat and he is indeed AMAZING! But that's just to long for me. Off to find another surgeon!
Fisher is great too but I dont like all the reviews about vanity so he is a no go for me.
Schulman was my first choice but he is a bit expensive.
Now the 2 surgeons I'm left with are Dr. Omulepu and Dr. Salama.
Dr. Salama has done some amazing things with thinner girls but I'm scared he is fully booked til next year too.
Dr. Omulepu is in my opinion very underrated and I've seen some wonderful reviews but he is not board certified...
I will contact both of them tomorrow and hopefully will be able to make a decision!

Doctor with best results?

In my search of finding the best of the best for a BBL I was wondering which doctor is the one with the best and long lasting results?
Of course, it depends on your body how much it will reabsorb and how much will stay but there must be a special technique some of the best surgeons use to increase the chance of your butt lasting forever?
I'm not talking about keeping your weight stable after surgery to keep your butt, since there are plenty who did that but still lost their butt. I'm talking about the procedure in harvesting the fat and injecting it correctly or in a special way for best results.
This is an answer I found from Dr. Cortes:
1. Machines used to harvest the fat
Machines, such as the suction-assisted liposuction (traditional liposuction), are typically the standard. This machine with the right setting does not injure the fat.
The ultrasonic liposuction machine, the VASER or laser lipo, is not recommended.
2. Preparing the fat
a. Spin the fat to remove non- fat tissue.
b. Rinse the fat with saline.
Recent studies show that minimal handling of the fat gives better results than the “cleaning and washing approach.”
3. Add a product to improve survival of the fat like platelet gel (growth factors from your own blood). Some studies have shown it improves the survival of the fat.
4. Inject the fat into the gluteus muscle. The fat needs blood supply and the muscle is a very robust recipient site that improves the survival of fat. This has been clearly documented on patients that have had a Brazilian butt lift and are followed with MRI studies.
There are different ways of harvesting the fat, different machines that can be used, different ways of preparing the fat as well as different ways of injecting the fat.
