I am on day 2 of my second Pearl. My first, with the same doctor was well worth it. He was candid about everything & told me I would likely want one more to achieve the results I wanted.
I am 39, have olive, thick skin - mild acne scarring, uneven texture, & large pores. I had topical numbing meds & shots (pain blocks) for both procedures (you need them!) and 3 passes. I followed the post care religiously. I can't overemphasize the importance of dye free linens, vinegar soaks, & no sun. My results were exactly what my Dr. predicted - I used to reapply makeup 2x a day & now don't reapply & wear less. I will try & update when I'm through with this one - which I plan on being my last!

If your doctor is EXPERIENCED and has his Own patient before & after photos & You are realistic, this is definitely worth the money, discomfort, & 5 days of hiding!
