Since I couldn't add pics to the update here they are
16 days post op!
Had my post op appt last Tuesday. They took off the tape underneath and said everything looked great, I don't need the stuff taken out since I think they are the dissolvable ones.
Wearing sports bras during the day and sleeping at night with nothing.
Wednesday I started the silicone scar cream.
I will double check the brand. I don't need to do the massages or wear a band or anything. I'm guessing it's cause of how they did it and the rapid/24 hr recovery type surgery they did.
I'll post some pics they are like 2 days old I think. I'll take more today.

9 days post op already!
Oh my gravy time is flying! It's already 9 days since surgery. I go in Tuesday for my first follow up post op. Curious to see what my Dr says.
My girls are less swollen now from what I see. My left is more slower to healing then my right it seems.
Left is a bit more swollen still.
I tried on a different sports bra but it was feeling extremely tight.
I think the worst pain I have had is my back and neck/shoulder area.
I feel like some days walking/ standing so much causes my back to like want to crumble together.
My back and neck have shooting pain and my shoulders hurt.
Trying to figure out how to combat this.
Any ideas anyone? Lol
