Ok, so I'm a little late... January 24th was my one year PO. I'm still very happy with my results a year later, and still would do it all over again! I'm posting pictures, but I know I don't look as good as I did in the last ones.
I'm a lot less tan and I've put on a few pounds over the holidays. :( But on the bright side, I'm back in the gym and I have a trainer! So NO LOOKING BACK! :)

I still feel like I look the same from my last pictures I posted, but nonetheless, I'm still extremely happy with my results! Can't say much has changed. I am working out with no limitations with the exception of my abs getting sore easier than any other part if my body. But I can still do anything I want/try.

I cannot say enough good words about my dr! He will tell you he is an OCD perfectionist, and his work shows only that! He told me that he couldn't promise that his work will be perfect, but he doesn't call it done until he has gotten things as perfect as he can get them. But if you ask me, he does pretty darn perfect work! I've never seen a dr care so much about thier work. I will definitely go back to him if I need anything else in the future and I would definitely reccomend him to anyone looking for an EXCELLENT plastic surgeon. To top it all off, his staff is very kind and helpful as well. They were always quick to answer and return phone calls.
