Almost two months post op

So two months post op and I'm still fairly numb and rigid. The pain is gone and only comes from weird body movements.
I'm still sleeping on my back and wearing a sports bra as per my dr advice.
I'm very happy with everything except the size I chose. Funny thing is this is the size I 'said' I wanted. I didn't want people to notice a difference from the padded (mastectomy) bras I was wearing. Nobody has noticed but I sure do look different naked.
I know the pic isn't the best and my left side still needs to settle more than my right but I'm happy.

3 weeks post op

I'm coming up on three weeks post op.
My breasts are starting to soften but they are sore to touch.
I was also getting an itchy rash from the Steristrips and took them off last night. I'll have to ask my dr what to put on them instead of strips.
I thought I would have a lot more range and strength by now. It still hurts to carry my kids or twist around to reach things. I'm getting restless to deep clean the house and get active again.

One week post op.

I'm one week post op.
I thought I would be pain free a lot sooner but everything hurts. I know I'm probably overdoing it at home, lifting my kids.
I read a lot about recovery for moms with small kids. I thought a week would be good. I see now that two weeks is more necessary, if you have small toddlers. I'm kicking myself for not planning this out better in terms of getting extra help for when my husband is at work.
I also bought a second support bra online tonight, one is not enough.
Also, wonky nipple alert but I'm sure they will settle as the implants drop.
