“Juvederm that won't go away & superficial injection that turned my skin white”
Juvederm: NOT worth it
Cost: $2,000
Pain: Painfree
Pain: Painfree
Juvederm satisfaction: Poor
I do not recommend my Juvederm provider: Name not provided
Why: the injector overfilled my right eye. It was superficially injected causing the color of my skin to lighten up.
It has been a horrible experience After 20 months the juvederm is still under my eye. My eye was ovefilled with juvederm. The injector superficially injected it which caused my skin to lighten. is there anything i can do?

20months later, no i do not think there is anything that you can do. after this amount of time, I do not believe it is the juvederm under your eye anymore. juvederm is known to stimulate collagen production, so it may be that your body has already produced the collagen around the injected material. the HA forms a matrix for which your body can build upon. This is why it is so very important for the practioner to use the "cross-hatch" tenique, because you want the scaffolding to be even and uniform for the body to build collagen upon. If they do that large silly bolus of material, the collagen growth will come out just as unevenl as the injection.
