I was nervous after reading results of not so good experiences with it. My PA certainly understood that, but told me how it is safe and the results are instant. She did convince me. After a few pokes here and there, I looked into the mirror and saw INSTANT RESULTS! I was amazed. I had no swelling, redness or bruising. I am happy with the results.
