“Still Swollen but Happy”

I just had the Juvederm injections in my lips about 3 days ago. My doctor told me that the swelling would be most noticable in the mornings (he was right, they look HUGE in the mornings) and that the bruising might last 4 days. Its day 3 rights now and I still have quite a bit of swelling and bruising. He told me that working out helps the swelling go down so I have been working out like crazy and I've noticed a slight change in size. I have heard from different people that it takes 3-4 days for it to stop swelling and then from others 1-2 weeks. Other than the swelling, the procedure was a little uncomfortable when he injected the needle. I didn't have any anesthetics or pain killers, I decided to do it au naturale. I guess its been good so far, but remember LESS IS MORE. Don't let your doctor talk you into going bigger. Know what looks good on your face.
