“Gave Up Resty but Not Sure Juvaderm is Better”

used restylane for many years to smooth out finer lines surrounding my eyes. 

each time it was really painful, to the point i told my derm that i wanted to try something else. first i hate needles, but then to have it sting like h--- !  enough.  plus restylane didnt really last as long as they say. it lasted like 3 or 4 months and then i'd notice the lines appearing again.  sure it lasts 4+ months, but its more important how long it looks good. right?

so my derm coaxed me to try juvederm since it's a competitor to restylane and she thought it would look good for longer.

well, i'm a crossing over 4 months since my juvederm injection--yes, another needle, less burn.  you can't see any difference between my juvederm results and restylane, which is fine.  i am starting to THINK i see lines showing but it could be just me. i'm betting i'll need something again at the 6 months mark. ugh.

I am all ears if someone can recommend some alternative to injections.  hearing lots about acupuncture facelift but waiting to get better feedback if they really work
