Not Worth It
Spent: $2,000 in Santa Barbara CA
This was my first experience wiht any type of cosmetic "enhancements", I was aging incredibly well, until some severe stress over the last few years and all of a sudden within 1 year I had marionette lines on the corners of my mouth and lines at the sides as well as the nasolabial folds. I will be 43 in a few days. The first treatment was on August 21, and this is already fading. I went back for another treatment on September 4th, for a grand total of about 2000.00 - the Surgeon said I was not a good candidate for a full face lift, too young and suggested the fillers. While the Juvederm PLUS looks ok now-its fading fast and no way will last 6-9months. Unless you are very rich-this is NOT the way to go. Right now I am researching the "mid-face" lift, which is not as extensive or invasive as a full face lift, my neck is fine! So My suggestion is to SAVE your money and get surgery, by someone good! 2000 every 9 months-NO WAY that would be a surgical face lift in 2-3 visits. I think this is an incredible scam-the Botox however worked just fine(MUCH CHEAPER!)

Hi Melanie, Thanks for your comment-altogether I had 3 Vials of Juvederm at $550 each-they said it was Juvederm PLUS which is supposed to last longer, and be a better product. The rest of the money was for the BOTOX. I think it was a ripp-off as well-I really wanted to discuss surgey, but they did not- I am now researching an endoscopic "mid-face" lift. So we'll see-yes it was alot of money for something so temporary.
