“Just Got my Invisalign Yersterday”

I just got my trays yesterday. I'm a little nervous after reading these reviews. I went to a regular dentist and not an ortho. I have 10 attachments (which I was not told I would be getting) and the pain has me crying like a baby. I've been taking advil and it gets better after a few minutes. I'm definitely going to take the advice of everyone here wear my aligners 22 hours a day, clean them with a flouride rinse and water, not drink anything but water with them and pray that I'm not waisting my time or money. My quoted treatment period is to be 11 months. 22 on top and 12 on the bottom. Hopefully the pain will subside.
