Late update-but am now 10 days post op :)
Well have had some bumps along the road but I am now 10 days post op. Had some issues with urinary retention and a seroma in the right breast....but things are getting better everyday. Finally took a shower completely on my own today (even washed my own hair :)) so I am very excited about that. I am worried about a couple things--slight puckering around the incision and some weird swelling on my right breast, and I can't help but think that my belly button is much higher than it used to be. Will have to ask on my next post op appt. Anyone else's belly button get higher after surgery lol?

I am a 26 yr old scheduled to have surgery on 11/19/14 for an extended abdominoplasty (possibly without MR) and a breast lift/augmentation with gel silicone implants under the muscle. This is all post 150lb weight loss since a gastric sleeve in December 2011. I am very excited to have all of my extra skin removed and be able to wear the clothes I would like and have worked hard to wear! Eventually I will plan on having a medial thigh lift to remove that skin-but will let this heal first :)
