I Had Used Accutane for 10 Weeks & Now my Acne is Increasing

i had used isosuppra for 2 months & then my doctor changed my drugs to be rouacutane since my test blood reaction for isosuppra in the next month was very bad as my doctor said so he decided to change the doses to be 20 mg instead of 30 & i used the new dosed for 2 weeks then stopped.now i have stopped rouactuane for 2 months but my face got worse & worse and acne is continually increasing and doesn't stop

i cannot use rouaccutane again since i don't want to delay pregnancy any more.but my face lost its beauty & purity.so plz help me what can i do now? I need to get rid of acne but without using accutane.

when can i get rid of accutane effect if i stopped suddenly?
