“Rhinoplasty 3 Days Ago - Cast Tape Split”

Great doctor. Good result. I felt like I was a part of his family everytime I went to go see him. He has a very inviting personality and my nose looks great as far as I can see.

I had a rhinoplasty done 3 days ago, and I am now wearing a splint. Today I noticed that that tape that is holding up my tip is splitting down the middle, I think because I itched it too much. Should I carefully apply another piece of tape over the split one, or will doing that make my nose too "upturned" later? Only the first piece is almost split in two, but there appears to be one more piece underneath. I'm not sure if my nose has lowered or not, maybe it is in my head. It may have lowered some since yesterday (when the split happened).
