I has my first breast augmentation back in 2006. They were 260cc high profile saline implants. I was never completely happy with the results. They did not look or feel natural. Overtime I developed a contracture that resulted in asymmetry and a downward pointing nipple. I decided that it was time for revision surgery. I wanted to change to a gel implant and wanted a more natural appearing breast

I am also a healthcare provider. I often work with plastic surgeons and observe their work and the interactions they have with patients.
