Why: Make sure they know how to do it and they do it for the right amount of time.
It was ok, but my nurse that was doing it wasn't doing it for a long period of time. She would do it for about 5 minutes. It helped a little with pores, but I didn't see any major difference in my skin. It may work wonders on some people, but not me.
