I am 38 with two teenagers, who said they would laugh at me an adult with Braces... Mom don"t do it! ... I call that Kid pressure...
I am on tray 5 of 17, my only issue is my lips are constantly dry, both inside and out. Sometimes a little discomfort, but over all so far so good.

Was it worth it?... hummm My treatment was completed in 9 months. I would say for the time I had to wear them I guess it was worth it. My alignment is straight but I feel there are some places where I feel my teeth could have been straighter. I think if I had it to do over again I would have just worn braces earlier in life.
