“Unfilled Skin on One Breast After Hydrogel Implant Replacement”

I had 230cc hydrogel implants infront muscle replaced after 1o years due to excessive rippling & shrinkage (was an aa cup & brought me to a b cup). I replaced them with 260cc HP silcone behind the muscle . Surgeon & I had agreed 260cc- 300cc and my PS would decide during the surgery.

It is only one week since the op but one of the breast looks like it has unfilled skin & a sort of empty dent in the middle. If I press really hard on the top of the breast & push the implant down it looks ok without this is look horrible.

Will the implant drop to fill this loose skin & if not what are my options to fix. & also whose responsibility is it...i.e would I have to pay again... please help?

to be honest Im not sure yet. I liked him and he had wanted to go bigger but on the day he had the option of 260-300 & he chose 260 so if I have this loose skin & he did have the option of going bigger, then I think it is his fault
