“Ipl done for sun spots and old blemishes”

I had IPL done for sun spots and old blemishes that just never went away. The experience was definitely a lot more painful than I anticipated. It really did feel like the violent snapping of rubber bands at your face. Thankfully, it only took about 20 minutes.

So, being that my skin is very sensitive..I immediately became blotchy. The next day, I noticed that a lot of the sun spots/blemishes began to darken...I expected to look a lot worse but the spots wer easily covered with makeup. I even went out with my friends the next day and no one noticed.

Now, two weeks later I can DEFINITELY see a huge difference in my skin tone. Not only have many of the pigmented lesions lightened, but my skin is also a lot smoother and I can see that my pores are smaller. I have acne prone skin and haven't broken out once since my IPL treatment. I am going back for my second in a few days and hopefully that will be it for me! It was expensive but in my opinion, totally worth it!
