Not Worth It
Spent: $4,500 in Woodinville, WA

I am at the end of my regular invisalign treatment and about to start the retainers. I wish I hadn't done it. Alot of my dissatifaction came from the fact that my dentist did a really poor job of paiting an accurate picture of the process. I simply didn't dislike my teeth enough to go through this. He didn't tell me that I would have to come in for visits every month, every time I go in I get a different story from someone. After I was almost done the tech told me it doesn't fully work in most cases and that most people need additional trays. They also didn't tell me I would need to wear the retainers for 3 months which is almost as long as I had to wear the trays. I ended up with gaps in my lower teeth because they didn't fit right and now I am very self consious when I smile where I wasn't before. They also told me the wrong price and then when I got in it was more. My advice is ask your dentist for references. Talk to other patients. I could have done a lot with that $4,500. This was a complete waste of money. :(

ONLY do Invisalign with an orthodontist. That way when they do not work out... You have more options for less money. I now have a horrible bite after having Invisalign through my dentist. Now when I bite down only my front teeth touch... Not my back ones!

Is there any way I can get my money back for Invisalign???

My teeth were not that bad to begin with-just a small gap on the bottom I wanted closed. Now my bite is horrible-the teeth hit in all the wrong places, resulting in one tooth that chipped in the back. Do your research before spending money on this! I badly wish that I had not done it.
