Took over a year and a half. Now its 'finished' after 13 trays and my teeth are still crooked in the very front. It created spaces where there were no spaces before such as right in the top front. I no longer have a bite on either side due to Invisalign. I would not recommend it to anyone. I now have to have permanent retainers on top and bottom which is why I went with the Invisalign route to begin with.. to avoid those retainers! At 13 I had braces and positioners, then a permanent retainer at 15, it wore off when I was 22, then got Invisalign at 28, now I am almost 30 and still have crooked teeth and a lot less money. Save your money, don't go the invisalign route.

This one does not make sense. 78 weeks (1.5 yrs) is 39 sets of trays. This persons states this period with 13 trays. No way. It doesn't work like that. 13 trays is only half year. I don't believe this post, or he just didn't follow the plan(which happens a lot)

I followed the 'plan' my orthodontist recommended from Invisalign. Thought my orthodontist knew what he was doing!

FYI, wearing a retainer is standard after ANY orthodontic treatment and has nothing to do with Invisalign.
