I would love to know why the edges are not smoother. I feel this represents the product. I have 2 cancer sores on the inside of my lower lip. I feel this is a quality control issue that should be looked into by the company. Why must we wittle away at our trays with a nail file when we paid $5,000 for a finished product. It should be called an UNfinished product. Some work required. Lol. Seriously. WHY??

I haven't had to many problems with the trays hurting my gums..except with the elastics...but that's because they cut slits in them, I just rounded the 4 edges off. I would assume some trays might just come out smoother then others, depending on the technician who processed the mold.
