The first day sucked, pulling the trays in and out to eat was hard to get used to,,,and carrying a tooth brush, tooth paste, and floss with me wherever I go is a making my little purse overly crowded, however today day 2 was easier..and the slight pain/discomfort has subsided. I hope that this will have great results..I am scheduled for 12 trays, I figure if I can get past one, the rest should be okay.
