I had invisalign and the process was very easy. Besides a little bit of pain when new aligners went in, it wasn't a problem at all. I used to eat dinner then put the new aligners in and not take them out till the next day at lunch. At that time, they would come out relatively easy and my teeth wouldn't hurt as much if i took them out within a few hours. To get the aligners to set properly, I would wet them then put them in my mouth the best I could, then softly bite on a towel to get them to set in. I sometimes drank beer and alcohol with them in because I didn't want to keep them out for the tim eI was at a bar or a party. I just made sure I cleaned them and my teeth as soon as i could. I would recommend invisalign to anyone who's orthodontist says is a good candidate for the treatment.
