Hated It at First, but I'm Sure I'm Going to Love the Results

Worth It
Spent: $6,500 in Paoli, PA
I'm only in week two but I'm on my second trays already. I'm going away and didn't want to go through the "first day with a new tray" thing on vacation. The first week was awful, but now it is very bearable. I find that I actually have more saliva, not dry mouth. I can already see a small change, believe it or not, and when I watch the computer generated goal, I know I'll love the results. I did avoid eating the first week, but now I am eating healthier and less when I do eat and putting the trays back in is no big deal. I don't snack between meals, and all my beverages are water, so it is actually a good way to force better eating habits. As a friend of mine who went through this already said, "I feel your pain, but I see a fabulous smile in your near future. Hang in there!"
