Invisilign, as a product provider, does not care about you (because you are not a patient) and they won't respond to any inquiry.

When you sign the agreement with Ali Ghatri make sure that on the Agreement each item (braces, retainers, etc) is listed as Invisilign brand. Otherwise, you will get not Invisilign retainers (clear braces, cheap lab-made quality). No matter how much you ask him, his motivation that it's cheaper for him this way. Oh yes, you will be charged for Invisilign. Invisilign as a product provider does not care about you and won't respond to any inquiry.
From what I'm reading on your review, it sounds like your orthodontist said you would be getting Invisalign, then decided to have your appliances made by a different lab. Is that right? If so that is very, very unfortunate and I can certainly see why you would be upset. However, I don't see that the Invisalign company could really do anything in that case for you. Can you help me understand better what you were hoping for them to do?
