This is day 3, and what a difference 48 hours...

This is day 3, and what a difference 48 hours makes! I put them in on Monday, and was back at my dentist's in 3 hours because one of the back edges felt sharp and was cutting into my tongue. He just clipped it off with scissors, then showed me the places where I could do it myself. (I don't necessarily recommend doing that unless your dentist shows you how.) My tongue still felt sore, and the attachments made me chew funny. And I only had time for two cups of coffee in the morning! I absolutely hated them until this morning. Seems my mouth has adjusted, and I read about drinking coffee through a straw. So it's looking up! And, I don't graze all day anymore.
