Ive had my Invisalign since Feb '11. I change my trays every 2 weeks, and the discomfort is usually not that bad. Ive started changing them before I go to bed and taking some pain meds. The benefit of this is that most of the pain is gone by morning. I am very happy with Invisalign.

Smart to switch your trays out before bed!
How many more months are you suppose to be in treatment?
Oh, so you are getting close to being done - exciting!!!
I too live in St Louis and got a quote for $6,200 which seems really high.
Who do you go to and was the total cost $3,000?
