Invisalign: Worth it

Why: He has been really nice and great in explaning the process. Also, when I got for my new retainers I'm in and out of his office quickly.

I am on my third retainer and it isn't as bad as some people make it out to be. The first retainers hurt pretty bad but after a few days I felt fine. Changing out the retainers hurts a bit at first but not nearly has bad as the first retainer.

You definitely have to change your eating and drinking habits. Brushing after everything you eat or drink makes it difficult to enjoy snacking.

It's been a little more difficult for me too since I'm 7 1/2 months pregnant.

I was wondering about this. I am about to begin Invisialign treatment and am hoping to be pregnant in the next few months. How do you deal with nausea and having to eat all the time the way you often do when pregnant?
