Week 4 - Result ZERO

now week 4. lip level is exactly the same than before surgery
I had a consultation with another local plastic surgeon. I should'nt have do this 7000kms trip
The surgeon here told me that is post-operative result was exactly the same than pre-operative this is the fault of a wrong surgical technics. By tracing incision lines and or measuring one should be able to predict by superposing future borders aspect of lip after suturing. Relapse is something that can happen but post-operative result should have been here for this case of lip repositioning, not a hard case has only mucosal tissue, no deep/muscular layer involved
Obviously this has not been done. Will have to do again the job in 2 monthes time to recover from this useless surgery
Changing to "not worth". that's my definitive (physician and) patient opinion on this Dr Eppley's surgery

some explanations

I got some details about procedure, I understood why I didn't get any lip lift, mucosal part removed from vestibule beeing about equal to what has been removed on labial side. I may have been ok to remove gengival 3mm higher
I'm changing my feedback to "not sure" waiting for real outcomes. For the moment still watching cloely sutures all tissues don't seem to close firmly
Thank you all for your comments

Due to infected implant, too big, that causes this...

Due to infected implant, too big, that causes this condition I had 2 procedures done by Dr Barry Eppley, one 2 years ago, second just 2 days ago
This time it was for removing a band of gingiva. Dr said 10mm were removed. Seems that There is a attempt to reconstitute frenulum
2 days after i see that tissues in contact (gengiva and labial mucosa) are not "fusing" in spite of stiches (i have serious doubts about the feasability of this, true that i asked if it was possible to do so, but i'm not MF surgeon to know this) . And i cant see that 10mm height of gingival tissue have disappeared.
I think that a simple vestibuloplasty should have been done. I'm very worried about the outcome...
