I used to get made fun of all the time because I'm just a teenager and I'm still in high school. I did this because I was very self conscience and couldn't even shower without being down about myself. I haven't gotten made fun of what so ever and I now feel great about myself when I wear bathing suits!

I did this because one of my breast was a lot bigger than the other. It was very noticable and I couldn't walk with my head held high.

Ugh, kids can be soooo mean. I'm sorry you were teased, but I'm glad you were able to do this for yourself. We'd love to know more about the process, how you chose your doctor and what recovery was like...

Dr. Fata was my step mom's doctor when she got surgery so she knew he was a great doctor. I play softball and golf in high school, my first surgery was on February 14 and I missed the first week or so of softball practice. I couldn't do anything very physical for 4-6 weeks, but I was back to school within 2 days!
