To relieve the excess weight of large breast. Also wanted my chin to be more inline with my face and not have a double chin.
Having smaller breasts after having over sized one's for years has really gave me confidence. I am now losing weight through a program that will really change my body image. I would have never been able to feel confident to get in this weight program without the great breast reduction and chin reduction.
