i underwent rhinoplasty in may 2007. i had a depression in my nose and wide nostrils and extras in the tip. the doctor mentioned 3 corrections for my nose.

soon after surgery my nose was swollen too much for which the doctor said it would go in threemonths time. its going to be three years now and my nose is slightly crooked and the tip is still very bulgy. the nostrils have not been stitched back at the same level. one is slightly up.

i wanted to correct my nose because it looked bad and i was always made fun of. the surgery was done within a day. there wasn't any severe pain before and after surgery. only comfort level was bad due to the stitches and swelling. once after lmost a year my silicone turned while sleeping nose down. but the doctor corrected it.

can this be corrected? i dont want to risk again. where can i get it corrected again perfectly?
