Had vaser hi def done on the 7th nov ... Went thru this site before the procedure and still refer to it for all my questions ... As the doctor seems to be taking a different approach to the whole process.

I dint see any major change on the first day .. But had a bearable amount of pain .... In a few days it turned to sewlling and more pain ... Couldnt sleep for more than 2-3hours ... Met the doc yesterday and he suggested that i dont wear the compression garment for a week ... Till the swelling gets better .... I thot that the CG is supposed to make it better ??? ... Anyways

The ultra sound massage which was provided was also a lil different frm what i read here .. Had 3sessions and each lasted for like 15 mins .... No suggestions were made for extra massages -painkillers .... Or anything .

My right side has some sought of burnmarks ... Will post pics later ... Which have become more obvious after a week (the areas are darkening )

Jus a lil worried cause the doctor seems to be a lil too patient bout the whole thing ...

...

...
Great review?

like the pics say - swelling comes and goes - the recovery is very slow now - have good days when the midsection looks good - then other days when it looks like it did before the procedure -
Doctor advised a skin tightening cream and also asked me to reduce the usage of the compression garment ... along with lottsa excercise - which i have just about started ...

much better ... pain is down to a large extent ... some hard areas under the arm still remain ... still don't see the results that the pics online show .. guess it'll take more time ... will post pics in some

How are you feeling now??

Was going thru the other responses ... Got some more conflicting answers ... One doc said ... Have a lot of water .. Another says "limit your fluid intake" ... Also ... The subject of excersice .. I read here that excersice makes the recovery process slower ... And some suggest that excersice is good .... Now wat ????

Thanx Sharon :) ... its ok ... i went to him again and he prescribed some medicines - Tegretol and Flexon...said it will help me sleep
will start em tomoro .
another thing being that i cant lift my arms - it seems like the muscle is gonna tear - i aksed him bout it and he said that it will get better in time - got couple a hard lumps at the side of my chest on both sides ... think i shuld try some slow stretching to loosen it ...

Yeah, you'll be really sore at first. I hope the medicines work for you. Try not to push yourself too hard with moving around and stretching, especially in the first 1-2 weeks. :)

Hi SsSiIn -- Thanks for sharing your story so far. I also thought the compression garment was supposed to reduce swelling. (?) Maybe he told you not to wear it so it wouldn't hurt as bad?

Anyway, keep us posted on your progress! I hope you're feeling a little better already. :)
