“Implants done twice, still not satisified”
Breast implants: Worth it
Pain: Mild
I had my first breast aug in 2003. I was 30 years old at the time and was finished having children. I was always a size 34A even after having 3 kids my size never really changed to much.
I had chosen to go 510cc's of saline moderate profile implants. I was never really satisfied with the size i chose as it made me a small D cup. I went in for my second breast augmentation in 2007 this time with a 600cc saline HIGH profile implant filled to 650cc's.
Immediately after that surgery i knew it wasnt big enough for what i wanted. Well it's only been a year and a half and here i am considering another remove and replace. The max size saline implant in the US in 800 cc's fillable to 850. I just worry that even after i go the max size is that gonna give me the look im after? After all, this will be my third breast aug surgery.

The best way to know what size implant to use is for the patient to choose some pictures of what they want to achieve and have the surgeon adjust things in the operating room. I use temporary sizers in the operating room so that I can see exactly what size implant to use for the patient. There are other options about "overfilling" that I have discussed with my patients.

I just switched from SALINE to Allergan GEL SILICONE GUMMY! Makes a world of difference! Get away from the saline, and try a silcone implant. My pics are posted I am a 533cc(voluptuous D+) now, and wished Id have went to a 575cc, but still feel GREAT, because of the gel!! I think SALINE shrinks!!
