Hello, well five months ago a had septoplasty for my deviated septum and i reduced my polyps and turbinats(i think thats the name of it). However, its been five months and i am still having severe problems.

1) after the surgery i smell this foul smell in my nose and 2) i went to another doctor and he said my deviated septum was never corrected. I also have a small hump on the top right side of my nose that you can see. i was wondering if i redoe my deviated septum will that hump go away(maybe thats the problem)? sorry for all the questions i just need opinions before i do the procedure again.. thankyou
