I had breast augmentation surgery (submuscular, silicone) about two weeks ago, and now a nodule is developing on my inner left breast. The nodule "clicks" when I push on it, and it is causing my inner/lower breast to appear rectangular rather than rounded. The nursing staff at my surgeon won't let me make an appointment to see the doctor because they claim it is a natural part of healing. Is this normal?

I've only had my implants for about two weeks, but thus far I am slightly regretting my decision. The surgery was a lot more painful that I had anticipated, and follow-up care with my surgeon is practically non-existant.
