Botox on Masseter Muscle

It's been bothering me since i was in high school...

it's been bothering me since i was in high school while there's still no cosmetic botox at that time. So now I already did once (in Hong Kong in May,09) and found it very effective to reduce my jaw shape. Now I'm back to CA, USA (where I live) and am considering if I need to do it again.

i had botox on my masseter muscle in May 21, 09. There's been a dramatic reduction on my jawline. Q1: Do I still need a follow-up injection? Q2: I'm considering to get pregnant in next 12 months, should I still do it in this month or next?

Botox for facial slimming usually requires a series of injections to achieve adequate atrophy (shrinkage of the muscle). Botulinum toxins are specifically to be avoided in pregnant patients, so if you're working on getting pregnant, you're safer waiting until after you've delivered and are no longer breast feeding. Does anyone recommend someone who is good at botox for masseter reduction and restylane/juvaderm fillers in the bay area (I live 40 min from san francisco) in northern california?
