Hi Everyone, I have been reading some boards and every night find myself looking things up on the internet trying to find if anyone is seeing and going through the same thing. I had vaser lip on my "ab" and under my chin, today is 2 weeks, I guess my stomach is not as protruding, and my face has less of the fatty gobble nect, BUT I still don't see a big difference, some not much, no one has looked at me differently, I still feel clothes tight on me, and my belly feels ROCK hard and lumpy and still numb, can some one else talk about their experience? is this ok, will it get better?

its been 2 weeks since i had vaser liposelection, done on the 12th of june 2008, it was painfree, took no painkillers afterwards, i would say its a bit uncorfortable, but able to go shopping with a friend about an hour after the procedure which lasred 2 and 1/2 hours, had my upper/lower abs and love handles, love handles gone, upper abs quite flat and lower bs greatly reduced. i do feel a bit swollen though, the incisions are healing quite nicely, using vitamin e oil and bio oil on my stomach area, still using the compression garment, even though doctor said i could stop on sunday, but still felt tender on stomach. i am eager to see what it would look like in another 2 weeks, as i off to cyprus in a cople of weeks, will keep you all posted. overall i am quite pleased but hoping for flatter abs in due course.

hello i have had 7 vasers. its amazing. i was not huge or anything . but i did have extra fat on belle after kids and arms and flanks. i feel fine. its been almost 6 moths now. i was brave and went in surgey altogether. it was sore in the start but then all healed quick. it was done by a great friend. now i want it on my double chin. oh i also got my face done . i wanted nice cuts on my cheeks. how are u doing???

Hello I know you must think I am crazy replying to a post from 2 years ago. I really need to know did you get the results you was looking for after all. Would you do it again if you know all you know now. If you do not mind how much did they get off or out in the 2 & 1/2 hours. Did It stay off like they say it would? I know the doctors must tell you to eat right and to some exercize right. I am now stuck in bed and a wheel chair and continue to get worse, we really really do not have the money to have this done, But if it is worth it I am going to start putting money away for it like a bill and the get it done as soon as I can if it works. please if you can or ever look at this site any more please tell me what you think. I would have been pleasantly surprised to be able to go shopping after my procedure. I had Vaser/tumescent/smart lipo combo on my abs on July ,7 08. I am flatter though still swollen, sore, and only slightly bruised. I went home went to bed per Dr's instr. To start the healing process. Ihave another procedure sched for next week. So, at this point I will reserve my final judgement for the 3 to 6 mos they say it takes to get best results. Thanks

I have been researching VASER for awhile now. Every one I talk to says that the technology is great, but the skill of the doctor is what really determines the results. I would suggest going to see a different doctor to get another opinion on the results of your procedure.

Hi Irish, it did give me d results I wanted, but I fell pregnant 7months later Feb 2009. Well babby is 10 months now n my stomach did not go back to what it was before and I have a trim waist. Just a little hangover above by c -section scar. Will be doing it again next year to get rid of that. One of the best decisions I made then as it really gave me back My confidence and enjoyment of wearing clothes I like. Just use a reputable doctor. Hope this helps.

Hi Guys , not sure if anyone is using these boards anymore but i just had vaser on thursday the 7th of oct 2010. I went to the clinic about a month ago for my consultation, the doctor explained what vaser was and how it was done, i booked the appointment to get my arms and tummy done, lower and upper, i went to my appointment nerve and stress free after a small breakfast, i was given a painkiller, sedative and anti biotic, the doctor took some before pictures and began to mark the areas for removal. I guess it is fair to say that this is only my personal opinion of the procedure and everyone should make there own minds up but please dont go into vaser blind as i did. I was given scrubs to wear and taken to the opperating room, the doctor injected a local anesthetic where the covers for the holes where then inserted ( im sure there is a correct name for these but i dont know it!) he then inserted a long object and began to fill the area with a anesthetic fliud this was uncomfortable but not painful. then after this he inserted a long object which was tha laser (ultra sonic) which began to break down the fat, this was very sore on my arms and sometimes painful and the doctor had to repeat the local anesthetic several times, when my arms were finished i asked the doctor if my tummy would be better or worse for pain as i was starting to rethink having it done there. he told me as the arms were alot smaller in size it was more painful there so not to worry there would be no pain and the worst was over! he couldnt have been more wrong!!!! the procedure was repeted on my tummy only this time he made 3 incisions ... i can safely say! Never again , we had to cut the treatment short as it was so horribly painful. he blamed this on my fat being so hard claiming it was genetic ! Its now four days since having the vaser and i truely wouldnt have been able to do anything (including drying myself after a shower) if it weren t for my boyfriend, altho i am not as sore i am stll very stiff and extreamly swollen with raw areas from the compression garment digging into my skin and have yet to see any kind of result, apart from brusing oozing and numb at the moment. i cried all the way through the vaser and i really am regretting having it done , i must have been mad!
