After reading so many frightening reviews about thermage, i now feel that i have been very very lucky. I had no side effects, no break outs, no scars and no bumps. The procedure worked just fine for me. I now feel a bit scared because i think i took a huge risk ( very evident from the reviews), but i am glad that i got lucky. Although i might not go repeat it again now, since i may not be lucky the second time over. However, this time it did go well.

The therma device caused some buring during the application. Yet, it was not alarming. I was done in 20 mins approximately. Some changes were visible immidiately, as i could feel a tighter and smoother skin underneath all that swelling. The results were far better and more visible after a month and a half. The swellind and the redness also faded away with time and my face has a new look now. It is fresh and smooth. The wrinkles have lightened out . Like i said, thermage went very easy and simple for me. It was a smooth ride although now i am scared to take this risk again.

Soumoan - don't listen to these other women here....they are ridiculous. You are in the 90% of patients that are getting great results. Although you may not need another Thermage for a couple of years. It's gotten even better, less painful and provides a predictable result in most cases.

Dear Guest, So why aren't there more satisfied patients giving their 'thumbs up' on this site. Are practitioners to scared to direct their patients to this site in order to let the rest of the world know what they think of this procedure? I've recently had Thermage and I shall certainly let the public know the exact outcome...and that includes if it is a positive one... because the clinic I went to was unable to provide me with any testimonials of their own!!!

I had thermage about 4 years ago and it worked great for me, really, it changed my life. I saw a slow smooth improvement and nothing showed after the procedure. Now I'm starting to feel like doing it again, because I'm going back to how my skin looked before except for my neck which still looks great. But I'm a bit scared, like Soumona...what is the risk for a 2nd time? is the deeper layer of skin fragilized? I am terrified of "tissue collapse" or something of that sort.
