For a long time I though my nose was just to big for my face that it overwhelmed and unbalanced my face a lot. So the morning of august 16th i had my rhinoplasty done. Its now been 24 hours sense then and I am glad i got through the first night as I think that is the hardest. I trust my doctor completely and I am glad I chose him.

Its the 4th day after surgery and Im feel ok, pain killers are helping and i have gotten to walk around. I just can wait to take this stuff off my nose. I am going to a post op tmrw.

Ok, 5th day post op, i am going to my post op appointment to take off my cast of my nose. Will be the first time seeing my new nose.

It was so funny actually, i was going to schedule my rhinoplasty on october 12 but my doctors assistant called me and said that someone had cancelled there surgery on the 16th which when she called me was a week away. She said if i made it to this date that i could save on the procedure. I ended up saving $1250, so that worked out. I got it done early and saved money. I will heal earlier then i though within this year. good stuff! I am on a mission now!. I am going to do a Brittney Lewis makeover! Next procedure is Breast enhancement!! yay!! I'm going to start saving now.

I will be getting my cast of my nose tmrw, thank god!!! I will be able to put on makeup carefully and take pics and update on here.

it was apparent very early post op that you had a great rhinoplasty done...really, the perfect nose. i think the successful surgeries look good immediately, and yours did. i think it was a combination of your doctors superior surgical skill and just plain good luck. in any case,you really look fabulous! enjoy your new nose!

I am so glad i did the surgery, i feel like my nose looks so much better and not the "big"part of my face. please can actually see me.

nice pics. i see how it is slimmer from the front. do u have side profile pics of before and after? your nose is coming along nicely although I didnt see anything wrong with it before.

I love it more and more, the only thing is that i have bad under eye circles, my mom says its just left over bruising, i just don't know

Don't worry my makeup didn't go on smoothly or conceal much for like the first week and a half or so. The bruises combined with dry patches in some areas and oil slicks in other areas made the makeup not want to slide on well. Just clean well and moisturize well and it should dissipate.

Yeah my tip is pretty firm too. I wish there was a magical cure for swelling! Anyway, glad you're liking it :)

it feels ok, its still swollen on the tip and its hard but my doctor said to tape up at night and massage it to get all the fluid out.
