I'm 32 years old, 6'1" and 145 lbs. I have two children, ages 6 and 2. I never had a large chest and didn't want a large chest. I really just wanted what I had before kids, and maybe a tiny bit bigger....nothing crazy.
I consulted with 3 different plastic surgeons and decided on Dr. Capizzi at Stillwater Plastic Surgery. I liked his bedside manner the best and appreciated the fact that he didn't push me to go larger than I wanted, despite having a broad chest and being 6'1". I cannot say the same for the other surgeons I visited. Dr. Capizzi is known for gentle operations and quick recoveries, which was a necessity, with a 2-year old to chase. I also liked that fact that he didn't offer me tons of pain meds, which I didn't need anyway.
I chose Sientra 400cc shaped textured implants. I read a lot of negative things about shaped or anatomical implants, but Dr. Capizzi is an expert with shaped implants and has placed over 600 without any rotations reported. I had sub-muscular placement to ensure the most natural results. I was very adamant about never seeing the edge of the implant. Not having much tissue in my upper chest, Dr. Capizzi assured me that sub-muscular placement of shaped implants was the way to go. And he was right!
I am only 3 weeks post-op, but so far I am really pleased with the results. I had very minimal bruising that was totally gone by day 10. I definitely felt very tight and heavy for the first 3 days, but day 4 was a big turning point. Honestly, I think the worst part of the entire process was getting the IV in my hand and pulling off the tape "bra" they send you home in.

Dr. Capizzi and his entire staff have been wonderful. They are professional and comforting at the same time. I highly recommend him for beast augmentation, especially if you are considering shaped or anatomical implants. He led a preceptorship for 4 other surgeons during my surgery, to teach them his method. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Capizzi!
