Well like always still swollen. Still wearing hinder but I feel great.

4 month check up
So I went to the dr and he said everything looked great especially my scar. I was telling him bout my BB scar and he gave me a cortisone shot in the area and I also bought Scarguard. Smells like nail polish but hope it helps!!!!! I go back July 2 if I need another shot he will gimme one. I been back full blown exercising weight lifting cardio hand weights and running as well as walking. Feeling good still have lopsided swelling. Hope it goes down more along with the dog ears.
I been tanning very other day getting ready for summer wearing my binder 24/7 along with spanx. I'm on supplements to help with my training Still eating healthy and drinking plenty of water. Hope to hear from you guys soon!!!!!

Swollen at 3 months like hell
Is it normal that you swell to where you have. A big pooch? My stomach is not flat anymore. I been working out and eating hardly any salt. Has anyone experience this. I feel like I'm getting my pooch back. Any suggestions would help
