Ever since I had my children, the last one was almost 18 years ago, my very lower stomach has sagged and won't respond to diet/exercise. I had lipo in 2005 from Dr. W, and got great results, but there was nothing he could do about the lower area without doing a tummy tuck. I resisted and dieted more and worked out harder. The area would not shrink and the skinnier I got, the bigger it looked.
