I chose the surgery due to over 30 years of not being able to breathe out the right side of my nose.Nostril was about 80-90% closed.

Updated on 5 Jan 2012:
My nose had been broken numerous times over the past 45 years due to sports.I decided to have it done due to breathing difficulties and appearance.Dr Seigel was able to straighten the nose along with opening up the nostrils for air movement. The pain at the nose area is minimal though due to how much work is done, the roof of my mouth is very sore and it has been 8 days.I was told it will be at least another week before the pain resides.Tylenol 3 is getting me through just fine.Being able to breath well again is priceless.I really didnt know how bad it was until it was repaired and I could breath again.

My rating:

Rhinoplasty, Severe damage and multiple broken noses due to motocross racing.I was very pleased to see that Dr Siegel was very easy to talk to and understanding of all the details from anesthesiology, the repair, cost and what to expect.I feel he exceeded my expectations.
