I'm a proud Mommy of two kids (7 & 4) & happily married. I was not one of the moms whose bodies bounced back. In fact, there was very little bounce! My skin is not very elastic, so I've been left with gross extra skin on my tummy, a ton of stretch marks & my once full DD breasts are now sad and droopy. I've always had asymmetry in my breasts, but it's gotten WAY worse since nursing two babies for a year + each. On June 25th, I'm having a breast lift, reduction on one side (to correct for asymmetry), high profile saline implants (don't remember what size), extended tummy tuck (hope it helps some w skin laxity on thighs) and lipo on outer thighs, hips and anywhere else he'll do it! Very excited to feel comfortable in my clothes again and to feel like the outside reflects how I feel on the inside!

I had consultations with both Dr. Vitenas & Dr. Lomonaco. I think I chose doctors at both ends of the spectrum. Vitenas is formal- wears a suit, office next to hospital, very 'clinical' feeling. I liked him & had confidence he would do a great job. His staff is stellar. Lomonaco's office is in a renovated historic home off of Montrose. He wore scrubs and the environment, while professional, is more laid back. I ultimately chose Lomonaco. I felt that he understood my issues & diagnosed my problem areas accurately. Vitenas would have done rather aggressive lipo, while Lomonaco is more conservative bc he doesn't want to cause skin irregularity and make the skin laxity on my thighs look worse. After our initial consultation, Dr. L & I even emailed back & forth. Loved the fact that he personally responded to my questions. I really like his nurses, who will be with me before and during surgery. They both have a calm, nurturing presence which I know I'll appreciate on surgery day! Dr. L & I also have the same 'vision.' He was very patient with me as I showed him pics of what I considered good & bad results and explained both. He was very conservative in his approach with me. In fact, I am the one that pushed for implants (in addition to lift) and more aggressive lipo.
